GLOW KIDZ
ABOUT GLOW KIDZ
We strongly believe that our children ought to be inspired to Go Light Our World (GLOW). GLOW Kidz is our children’s ministry and an integral part of the RCCG New Haven. Our goal is to “Catch Them Young”, by carefully imparting the basic principles of the Christian faith, guiding them to imbibe and grow in the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. We support and partner with parents in the upbringing of their children, to “train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” – Prov. 22:6.
Children of all ages are engaged in activities and instructions focused on building a relationship with Jesus Christ. We provide interactive and age-appropriate bible-based curriculum, taught by trained teachers in a clean and safe environment. Our age-based classes offer the opportunity for GLOW Kidz to learn practical ways to live a Christian life in their everyday lives.

Little Bethlehem: ages 0 – 3 years
According to the book of Luke, Christ was born in Bethlehem. This is the first glow! At this tender age, children will be nurtured into the way of the Lord through Christian music, bible stories, crafts, and activities.
Shooting Stars: ages 4 – 7 years
Like the stars that the three wise men saw and followed to find Jesus, children in this age group are inquisitive to know and understand the bible. Children are taught bible lessons and guided to find their way to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Royal Priesthood: ages 8 – 12 years
Children are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and God’s own possession. As a result, they can show others the goodness of God, for he called them out of the darkness into His wonderful light (1 Peter 2:9). We believe at this age, they begin to grasp and understand who they are in the kingdom of God. They are taught how to practice biblical principles and apply it in their daily lives.
Kingdom Ambassadors: ages 13 – 17 years
This age group is engaged in activities focused on building and solidifying a Christian relationship and lifestyle. Instructions and mentoring are offered using structured curriculum and practical examples. Teenagers are empowered to be ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5: 20) for Christ by sharing their Christian faith with friends and family. They are encouraged to use their talents to glorify the Lord.
